No. Fees shown on an offer are for information only — Chongqing Bolaiwei does not collect any payment online.

Certificates, letters and statements: PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB each.
Passport-size photograph: JPG or PNG only, up to 5 MB.
Introduction video: MP4 only, up to 100 MB.

The photograph must be a real image file (JPG or PNG) and at least 600 × 600 pixels. Universities reject low-quality photographs, so the system checks this before your application is submitted.

Yes, for document types that allow it — educational certificates, transcripts, recommendation letters and experience letters.

You will be told which document and why, and you can upload a replacement from your portal. The rest of your application is untouched.

Your portal shows the current status of each application, and you will be emailed when it changes or when we need something from you.

You can keep your profile and contact details up to date at any time from your portal.

Use the Become a Partner form. Your account is reviewed by Chongqing Bolaiwei, and you will be emailed once it is approved.
