About Us

Chongqing Bolaiwei helps students find a place at a university abroad and get there with their paperwork in order. China is our main destination, and we also place students in Europe, the UK, North America, Australia and New Zealand, and Turkey and the Middle East.

Students come to us two ways: directly, through this website, or through one of the partner agencies we work with. Either way the same team reviews the file and the same standard applies to the documents that go to a university.

Counselling

Before anything is submitted, we talk through what you actually want and what you are eligible for. MBBS, a Master’s, a Chinese language year, a diploma or a scholarship route are very different commitments, and the right answer depends on your grades, your budget, your English or Chinese, and how soon you want to start.

We would rather tell you an option is a poor fit early than take an application we do not believe in. If a route is unrealistic on your current results, we will say so and explain what would change that.

Application support

Every programme we publish lists the documents it needs, so you can see what is expected before you start. You upload them once, into your own account, and reuse them for any other programme you apply to — a passport scanned for one application does not need scanning again for the next.

We check each document before it goes anywhere. If something is unclear, expired or in the wrong format, we tell you what is wrong and you replace that one file; nothing else is lost. Universities reject files for small, avoidable reasons, and catching those here is most of the value we add.

Once your file is complete we submit it, and we keep you updated as it moves. You will always be able to see where your application stands and what, if anything, we need from you.

Visa guidance

An offer letter is not the end of the process. We help you assemble the visa file that follows it — the admission documents, the financial evidence, the medical paperwork and, for China, the JW202 — and tell you in what order to do things so nothing expires while you wait for something else.

We do not submit visa applications to any government on your behalf, and no one can guarantee a visa. What we can do is make sure the file you present is complete and consistent.

What we charge, and what we do not

Tuition, accommodation and application fees are shown on every programme page so you can plan. Those are paid to the university, and nothing is collected through this website — if a page ever asks you to pay online, it is not us.
